Our Sun Stop / Reflective Bubble Foil heat insulation for construction is a brand new environment-friendly heat insulation product manufactured of polyethylene bubble sheet faced with aluminum foil on the two sides. It reflects 97 percent of the radiant heat and reduces energy costs used in winter heating and summer cooling.
It is ligh-tweight , non-toxic and easy to install. It is fiber free, bacteria free, fungi free and offers great safety in all kinds of applications. Unlike conventional bulk insulations it resists rodent and insect nesting and offers excellent Moisture Barrier function. Heat Insulation theory :
Our Sun Stop / Reflective Bubble Foil heat insulation works on a completely different principle than conventional insulation like fiberglass and rock-wool, which absorb and trap heat, and the thicker they are the more heat they could absorb and trap, thus the better insulation function they could offer. Sun Stop / Reflective Bubble Foil heat insulation is only a few millimeters thick, its two sides of aluminum foil reflects more than 97 percent of the thermal energy that reaches it. In summer, almost all the sunlight and heat is bounced back into the air, keeping the heat out of the air conditioned building. In winter, almost all the heat generated inside the building is retained . Also, the bubble sheet in between the aluminum foil offers thousands of empty air cells, which makes the heat more difficult to pass through.
